                   **IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON WORKSHOPS**

Payments
- Can be made online with PayPal, or Money Order which must be received 30 days prior to the class. Payments will not be accepted at the class.
**All Day Workshop Registrations/Payments must be received 30 days prior to the class.**

Cancellations - If you choose to cancel, after you have paid for a workshop,  you will get a  refund IF and ONLY if I can re-sell your seat. If you no-show, no refund.  Also, no last-minute switching or substitutions are allowed.  (You can take an additional class.) If we have to cancel a workshop, everyone gets a full refund.

Model Substitutions - We reserve the right to substitute models if necessary without penalty of refunds.

Refunds  We employ the same policy as an entertainment event, i.e. theater or sporting events.    (I haven't figured out a way to get partial refunds from the models, hotels, airlines, etc. to enable us to give refunds should a student no-show.) If you participate, don't expect any kind of a refund. If I have to cancel a workshop for illness or weather, everyone will get a full refund.  If a model no-shows, and I can't find a substitute, you will get a full credit for a future workshop.

Credits towards future workshops -   If you are unable to attend, we will gladly issue you a credit for a future workshop IF and ONLY if I can resell your seat.  We obviously have a whole new set of expenses for all future workshops, so we must have revenue to cover those expenses.  We can't incur a financial penalty in the event a student no-shows. 

Holding Seats for Future Payments  - We do not hold places without full payment: In a effort to ensure fairness, all registrations are taken on a first pay, first registered basis. Online Credit cards are reserved immediately, Money Orders on the day they are received and personal checks on the day they clear the bank. This policy protects the models, attendees and Steve Nichols Workshops.

Hotel Accommodations -  I strongly recommend staying at the hotel listed on the signup page.  We always negotiate a group rate and it is much more convenient to stay at the corresponding hotel which is our 'base camp'.  (The room is on you don't forget.)

How to Find us at the Hotel -  We had ONE customer who claimed he couldn't find us at the hotel.  Then insisted on a full refund. Puhleeez! First, ask at the front desk.  Or, you can call me  on the hotel's house phone.  Or, call me on my cell and I'll guide you to the shooting area. Very simple. (Do you think that guy really showed up at the hotel at all??)
